Through hands-on experiences in our galleries, you'll learn about human inventions and innovations, the life processes of living things and more. The Science Center also features fantastic special exhibitions that change all the time, so visit often to find out what's new!

    Pompeii: The Exhibition

    Pompeii: The Exhibition features over 150 precious artifacts on loan from the Naples National Archaeological Museum in Italy, which offer a glimpse into the opulent lifestyle and tragic end of this ancient Roman society. What nature destroyed, it also preserved.

    Mission 26: The Big Endeavour

    Mission 26: The Big Endeavour features photographs of some of the spectacular scenes from space shuttle Endeavour's flight over California and her 12-mile, 68-hour journey through city streets to its final destination in the Samuel Oschin Pavilion at the California Science Center.
