Slow the Spread

Decades of science and medicine have given us several tried-and-true methods for reducing the spread of infectious diseases. Simple acts like wearing a mask, practicing physical distancing, and getting vaccinated all help slow the spread of COVID-19.

The air you share

Every time you exhale, you expel tiny respiratory droplets from your mouth and nose. When a person with COVID-19 sneezes, coughs, speaks, or breathes, they unintentionally release virus‑containing droplets into the air and onto nearby surfaces.
