The service fee is also waived for Members making reservations online or by phone.
Separate timed tickets, available for purchase online, are required for our special exhibition The Art of the Brick, as well as for the IMAX Theater. Please purchase your tickets online before arriving to guarantee your preferred time for viewing. Members receive a discount on IMAX and special exhibition tickets.
Wear a mask
Everyone ages two and over is required to wear a mask at all times, except while eating in designated dining areas. Despite the County of Los Angeles’ loosening of restrictions on wearing masks in public for those who are fully vaccinated, masks are required at the California Science Center even if you have been vaccinated for COVID-19. We value the wellbeing of our guests and staff, and especially want to help keep kids safe and parents comfortable.
Masks must be made of two or more layers of tightly woven material, must fit snugly against the sides of your face, entire nose, mouth and chin. Masks with valves, vents, mesh or holes are not permitted. Also, bandannas and other loose-fitting-style masks cannot be used as masks. If you remove your mask, you will be asked to leave. For more information about our mask policy, please check out our Mask FAQs.
