Our permanent galleries are FREE and do not require a reservation. Timed tickets are required for the IMAX Theater and Special Exhibit. Please purchase your tickets online before arriving to guarantee your preferred time for viewing. Members receive a discount on IMAX tickets.

Our staff is here to help you have a wonderful time learning in a fun environment. Please respect them. We won't tolerate any yelling, intimidation, threats, swearing, or any other inappropriate behavior. Anyone who is aggressive towards staff or other guests will be asked to leave.
Please be on time for your reservation. Due to traffic and park events, please arrive early, as parking may reach capacity. Please print your reservation bar code or have your bar code ready on your mobile device when you arrive.

The Science Center offers self-guided experiences of Permanent and Special Exhibit galleries and IMAX Movies at discounted prices for Field Trips and Groups of 15 or more. School groups can also experience the Science Center and interact with our educators online through our Virtual Field Trips.
South of downtown Los Angeles, the Science Center is located in historic Exposition Park which is across the street from the Expo Park/USC Station on the Metro Expo Line. By car, the Science Center is two blocks west of the Harbor (110) Freeway at the Exposition Boulevard exit.

A limited menu of food is available to purchase. You'll find pizzas, burgers, hot and cold sandwiches, salads, and kid-friendly meals, as well as grab-and-go options. Eating and drinking is ONLY permitted in designated indoor and outdoor dining areas.
